Q1: What made you interested in music?
A1: I watched Eric Clapton’s video and I was drawn into his performance. Since then, I became interested in the music, I began to sing and play the instrument.

Q2: What kind of atmosphere is it when you get together with other members?

Our various kinds of music attracted our fans.

What did you feel when the major debut was decided?
JongHyun: “I was surprised.”
YongHwa: “Because there would be Yokohama Arena live concert, so I felt anxious about it. I’m a person who worries about everything on my own. (laugh) Of course, I also felt happy but at the same time felt sad because our indie activity would end. I had some strange feeling.”

CNBLUE IMPACT

Jumping out of Korea, CNBLUE finally made the major debut. They have already gained the popularity. The backbone of their sound is their experiences as indie band in Japan, such as performance on streets. The four members talked about their days of hardship and their passion for music.

MinHyuk: “I was learning the classical music, taking piano and flute lessons since I was little. But when I ‘met’ rock music in junior high school, my world drastically changed.”

JungShin: “What triggered me to start playing bass was when I watched the DVD of Mr. BIG that I borrowed in junior high school.”

CNBLUE Major Debut & Press Conference at Yokohama Arena



CNBLUE, a rock band of four members from Korea, will make their major debut in Japan with single “In My Head” on the 19th. Two years ago, they debuted as an indie band in Japan before their Korean debut. They carried out live tour at four cities in Japan successfully earlier this year, and have already gathered great popularity.

On September 25th, they held their last indie live concert at Yokohama Arena, with full house audience. At the press conference before the concert, they said “We are so glad to be able to make major debut. Making a new start, we’d like to try hard.”

On October 1st, KBS popular weekly entertainment show reported success of CNBLUE last indie one man live at Yokohama arena and revealing CNBLUE activities behind the stage!

CNBLUE, yang merupakan 4 anggota band rock, dan akan melakukan debut major dengan "In My Head" di bawah Warner Music Japan pada tanggal 19 Oktober, diadakan indie terakhir mereka konser live pada tanggal 25 September di Yokohama Arena.
